Capacity: up to 45 standing | 20 seated
The Ballroom is a casual stylish private room, lined with the finest wines and designed for memorable celebrations.
It comes complete with its own bar, dedicated events team, and a flexible music setup, play your own soundtrack or hire a DJ to bring the party to life.
With style and atmosphere to match, the Ballroom is perfect for birthdays, corporate events, engagement parties, and private functions in Collingwood and Fitzroy.
Together we can create a limited menu featuring some of our most popular cocktails, beers, wines and non-alc.

THE LANE
Capacity: 8-16 seated
Hidden away in cosy booth-style alcove seating, The Lane offers a more exclusive and intimate event space. It’s ideal for corporate dinners, small birthday celebrations, or private parties where food, wine and conversation are at the heart of the evening.
Dining in The Lane, you will have full access to our full a la carte menu and drinks list. To ensure the night goes smoothly, we kindly recommend you order meals in advance.
The Lane combines privacy with Babines’ signature late-night hospitality, creating a memorable event space right on the edge of Fitzroy.

The drinks are so good I also had to try a non alc one as flavours sounded amazing and they were (the Kojo based one). Wine list is also excellent. Design and fitout also very meticulous, always feels comfy and the service is exactly what you want to make U feel like a regular even when coming in from Lilydale. Open late a perfect place to finish your night or start it if going clubbing. Highly recommeded
